Shipping and Delivery
At Bankroll Bundles we are committed to providing the highest quality hair extensions in the world; We stand by the same standard when it comes to our shipping and customer services process.
Our current processing time is 1-5 business days. However, most orders are processed & shipped within 2-3 business days!
**ALL RAW WIGS & ALL U-PART WIGS - currently have a processing time of 7-21 business days, no exceptions**
Delivery of your package will take 2-5 business days depending on the destination. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. We only ship to the billing address of the credit/debit card used at checkout NO EXCEPTIONS.
***During Sales/Promotions, processing times may need to be extended due to high volume, but will not exceed beyond 7-10 business days.
***Please note, we do not ship orders on the weekends, and there may be shipping delays on holidays.
***Due to the pandemic (COVID-19) USPS has been experiencing increased shipping and delivery delays that are beyond our control.
***We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped, as they are in the carrier's control.
If there are any issues with your order please email us for further information and resolution. If you'd like to return an item, you will receive reimbursement in form of a store credit ONLY.
In the event that you need to make a return, the item(s)must be unused, in same condition; and in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a return for store credit.
Once your return is received, store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some personal care items
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
